These Terms of Use are in addition to any TA or third party terms and conditions applicable to products and services, which may be posted in connection with such products and services ("Specific Terms"). In case of any discrepancy between the Terms and such Specific Terms, the latter shall prevail.

(c) Partial Invalidity
If any part of these Terms of Use is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

(d) No Waiver
The failure of TA at any time or times to require performance of any provisions hereof shall in no manner affect its right at a later time to enforce the same unless the same is explicitly waived in writing and signed by TA.

The headings used in these Terms of Use are for convenience only, and will have no effect on the interpretation or legal enforceability of the terms herein.

(f) Language
The original English version of these Terms of Use may have been translated into other languages. In the event of inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and any other language version of these Terms of Use, the English language version shall prevail.

(g) Applicable Law and Jurisdiction.
These Terms of Use and your use of the TA Site and Products and Services shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the England. You further agree that for any matter arising out of or pertaining to these Terms of Use venue shall be proper in courts and legal tribunals located in London, UK.
